The service provides access to a curated library of regulatory documents and allows users to upload private documents for AI-assisted analysis.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use EHS Chat only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for all content you upload and all decisions made based on the AI's responses. You must not upload content that is unlawful, confidential to a third party without authorization, or in violation of any intellectual property rights.

4. No Professional Advice

EHS Chat is a tool to assist users and does not replace professional legal, engineering, medical, or safety advice. All regulatory interpretations should be independently verified with qualified professionals or official authorities before being acted upon. EHS Chat accepts no responsibility for decisions made on the basis of AI-generated responses.

5. Privacy and Data Security

Your data and uploaded documents are processed on our infrastructure and are not sent to third-party AI providers. AI inference is performed either on our servers or on dedicated rented GPU infrastructure operated exclusively for EHS Chat. 6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on EHS Chat are the property of EHS Chat and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission. Regulatory documents provided through the shared library remain the property of their respective issuing authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

EHS Chat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated regulatory guidance.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at our discretion if these terms are violated. You may delete your account at any time, after which your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
